Bay Body Bootcamp

Exactly what I was looking for to get in better shape. I didn't want to get lost in a big gym and eventually quit. I have been going now for about 3 months and because of Kenny and his great attitude as well as the other members I will continue to go. I have lost around 25 pounds and feel much stronger. Baybody bootcamp is an awesome place with a supportive atmosphere. One you get started, the members make it easy to stay motivated, and wanting to come back for more. The crew at baybody are like my second family. The workout program is adaptive, whether you are a beginner or an athlete, it will bring you results. When I first started training at baybody I had zero experience with lifting. Now I feel right at home in a weight room. I have been training there on and off for about three years, and I never get bored with the circuits. Absolutely love it! Kenny, the owner is impressive in how knowledgeable and well read he is. He’s always on the floor making sure you have correct form. He will also tweak exercises to keep your body on its toes, and keep the results continuous. This place definitely goes above and beyond your average gym. By going here you do not only get your workout in and go, you also attain knowledge about fitness that is applicable wherever you go. It gives you the tools to stay healthy and in shape. Thanks to this place I’m in the best shape of my life and I feel great! Highly recommend, hands down.

I drove all the way from San Jose to take one of kennys bootcamp classes. And it was totally worth it!!! Not only did I get a great workout in but kenny rocks! He welcomes new guests and is super friendly, fun and enthusiastic. Music is on point during your bootcamp as well. front desk gal is awesome as well. Highly recommend this place
